Johnny was great! He took the time to hear our concerns we were having and came out same day. The price was good and the lowest quote we received! Everyone else wanted to charge $350 and up! His price was $300. His customer service was amazing and we felt very comfortable about hiring him. After the inspection was done we felt a big weight lift off our shoulders! We recommend this guy to everyone!

This company was great at pushing remediation and not so good at just hearing what we needed which was testing. That being said, the testing results looked professional though it cost a fortune for what we needed. If their interest in testing first had been as great as their interest in selling remediation, we would have been more impressed. Let us get to getting the 1st step answered before we move to the 2nd.

Immediately upon arrival, he told us that the price we were quoted was a misquote by his employee and that he was not going to make any money; even though we agreed (and paid him) $375 to clean 11 vents and registers. I suggested we cancel the project out of concern that he and his crew would not perform a thorough job. Unfortunately, that is exactly what happened! My wife and daughter went behind them and cleaned the vents which were still so dirty it made the sink muddy. Furthermore, he chastised the employee who gave the misquote in front of my wife, telling him he would not be paid because of his error. Very poor workmanship and very unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend him at all. This was a waste of $375! Homeowners beware of this company.

"Impossible people to deal with. They changed what they wanted done to half the amount of vents. They wanted the same price per vent. We reluctantly agreed because we were already there. They basically wanted money back and service for free because they had stuff on the box that holds the vent. The lady followed the crew was asked before they left if anything else we could do. One of the guys left some equipment on the porch and could not get in touch with the home owner. They took the $380 humidity reader inside and did not tell us. We had to ask for it back. We have almost all good reviews. This was not people that we could of made happy exc."
