Mitch far exceeded my expectations and my prior experiences with home inspection. I will never use a different home inspector as long as Mitch is in business. Mitch is incredibly thorough. I hired him to inspect our new construction, pre-drywall. He insisted that he see the house before insulation was installed, which enabled him to note any necessary wall repairs and our contractor to make any repairs much more easily before insulation was installed. Mitch's reports are like no other home inspection report I have every seen, a true 21st Century digital experience. This was crucial as my wife and I were moving from another city and unable to attend the inspection, but with his video's and dozens of pictures, it was like we were there. After the report, we received a summary of findings that we were able to convert to a PDF of requested repairs for our builder in just a few clicks. What an amazing value!

Home inspector even FIXED a couple issues he found! Home inspector is also a licensed general contractor. Very happy with his work and will be hitting him again to perform 11 month home inspection.

He answered questions in a manner that both my husband and I could understand ( my husband understood but I didn't so Mitch kindly and patiently attended to my concerns).
