Professional. Honest. Friendly. Gave me a quote for some roof repair (nail pops and flashing). They found a couple spots that I hadnâ t noticed and just took care of them without increasing the price. Iâ m a real estate agent and my usual guys were all booked up, and Iâ d hire these guys again.

We had a bad leak. Milton Roofing workers repaired the flashing around the chimney and re-caulked around the roof vents. It has been two weeks since the repair was done. The leaking has stopped. I highly recommend the company. Billy was punctual and easy to work with. The total repair cost was reasonable.

Milton Roofing Arrived on time, climbed the roof, found the area where the shingles where wind blown off, explained what had to be done, quoted me a reasonable price so i told him to fix it. It was late in the day so I assumed the work would be completed the following day. No he said it may rain, New shingles (matching !!!!) were installed, everything cleaned up. This is the second time I have used Milton Roofing and once again am very satisfied with their work and pricing. Thanks Milton Roofing!!!!

It appears they are possibly good at some things but not all things they have listed , for example gutters.. They are very timely and very responsive , however they did not rectify the issues. Though they kept coming they were unable to fix the lingering problems. on top of that they became unresponsive with a project which was done the 8th of Sept. but started the the 24th of august. It appears as of this juncture they are no roofing issues, but the other task I hired them for ( installing new gutters) has not gone well and they have become unresponsive.

Extremely pleased with the job!! Milton Roofing has great service, a fair price, and very thorough work. Milton was immediately available to hire to fixed the roof area causing the leaking spot on my bedroom wall as well as water coming through my vent in the master bedroom. He gave a fair price and went on the roof and took pictures with his iPad to show me the work that needed to be done to resolve my issue and explained everything. He emailed an estimate that night and then was available for the job two days later. He replaced some shingles damaged by nails and sealed the perimeter of my vent outside with a waterproof seal. We have had a few heavy rains since it was repaired and I have no leaks of any sort. I highly recommend them! I am a very happy customer

Mr. Billy Moscoso did replace all gutters and repair the roof, he was fast, profesional and fair priced, he did an excellent job as usual, I am a repeat customer and I will keep calling him for all my flips.
