Very quick and efficient.

I think the team at Mikku & Sons did a terrific job at a fair price. Everyone from Devin through the team that showed up every day to put down my new roof were service focused and just nice people to interact with. It was a multiday process and they left the place clean everyday and showed up everyday on time to get the new roof finished. I needed them to come back after the job was finished and paid for to do one last thing for me (remove bird spinners) and that was no problem. They made it a priority even after the job was done, and that says a whole lot positive about their character.

My roofing specialist, Devin, did a great repair job on my roof at a reasonable price. He was clear on his intentions and explained the process which worked the best for my roof problem. He was very punctual and professional. He gave me advice about my roof's condition and offered a reasonable future offer for a new roof . I highly recommend him and his families company for repairs or a new roof.

Very good listening skills. Understood why I am not going to replace entire roof now and did not pressure to upsell so I will use them for the entire job should that become necessary.

They came ahead of schedule and did a tidy job. I did have to remind the young roofers that came about all of the details in the contract, but they took it in stride.

Good professional work

Ben the Tech. that did the evaluation and repair was great. He understood my circumstances and responded appropriately.

They arrived on schedule, completed the work in time, and fixed the one issue we had without complaint or extra charge, after we brought it to their attention.

He took before pictures of everything but what I ask , I had him fix all, but he did not give a receipt or after. He said his office would send but have not received. I would not recommend this company.

I appreciated that the work was done well, in a timely way and at a fair price. Communication could have been better, but I would hire them again.

Within an hour of calling a rep came out and looked at my roof damage, which was amazing. I had the quote fairly quickly after that. The only real negative I have is that once I emailed to say I wanted to go with the company I didn't get a response back until they came out a few days later, unscheduled, to fix the roof. Within that time I went ahead and got a couple other quotes as I wasn't sure if they were coming back out. Although I like to get a few quotes anyway and with that founnd they were very competitive. So overall a very good experience and I would use them again.

Mikku & Sons retil3d my tile roof in 2014. At the time I had numerous leaks, all of which were repaired and have remain ed leak free for the past 7 years. They arrived on timr every day, we're prof3ssjonal, neat, and came in at their bid. I would definitely hire Mikku &Sons again for my roofing needs.

Would recommend to anyone. Will use them again. Had 5 quotes and Mikku was the only one that found the nick in the underpayment and one tile in the other wide of roof that needed to be fixed. Devon and Alex were great and very personable.

Thank you for replying so quickly and coming to my home same day. We had an emergency roof leak in the middle of a multi day rain storm. Alex went to buy a huge tarp to cover the damaged portion of my roof until he could come back to begin the repairs. We re very pleased with the work and Customer service !!!
