Mike completed several projects at our school as part of a large playground renovation, including landscaping, construction, irrigation pipe repair, play equipment installation, curbing repair, and more. He was easy to work with and communicated clearly throughout every phase of the project to ensure customer satisfaction. His craftsmanship and attention to detail are excellent, and we are very pleased with the quality of his work. I will be hiring him for more jobs at my school - and for my home!

Good: Mike and his crew were easy to deal with. They showed up on time, and provided the service that we contracted them to do. I would refer them to my friends if the occasion came up. Bad: Although I believe that they made a solid effort to keep things clean, there was too many instances of unresolved messes left behind.

Replaced cabinet door- now won't shut. Carpet on wall is too loose, hooks too close together, which he didn't point out- spent a lot of time at the store instead of picking up materials on the the way, he splintered the boards because he didn't have the proper tool for rounding the corners for the window sills- didn't sand or paint them properly, ripped card table when placing the boards in the garage, broke gate, kept paint. His helper did a good job, putting the bookcase together, and fixing the wall. I texted him a couple weeks later when I found his contact info, but he denied being in those areas- but they came through the front door several times and put the boards in the garage, which I pointed out to him, but he did not respond again. I had to pay someone else to place the sills, but they're still not sanded and painted- and it will cost more too to replace the card table and gate then their accomplishments were worth. Very disappointing.

Very professional and detailed. They did an amazing job! Quality work and left the area cleaner than it was prior to the job. I would highly recommend them. If I have any drywall needs, I would request their services again.

Mike and his team replaced our 20-year old patio cover over our built-in BBQ with a beautiful new design using redwood with a solid waterproof roof. He handled all the demo & hauling, design, footings, rafters, roof, painting, electrical, and repair or replacement of tiles and turf damaged by the old structure. Mike has a warm, friendly personality with an emphasis on quality. He listens to the customer and provides suggestions for enhancements. The structure he built is very solid - it does not budge when you lean on it. His prices are reasonable and he goes out of his way to make sure you're happy with the work.

We had asbestos popcorn ceiling removed by a remediation company. They also removed an area of drop ceiling. We needed the drop ceiling replaced. We also wanted a closet removed and the enclosure opened up. Then all ceilings and walls textured and painted. Mike did a fantastic job in a very timely manor. I plan on hiring him again in the future.

Mike and his team are the BEST. Incredibly fair pricing and super responsive. He was respectful of my time, my home, and my dogs. I would recommend him to ANYONE. And I will hire him for all of my handyman needs. 10/10

Outstanding

Mike and his crew did a fantastic job with two very difficult ceiling repairs in a 100-year old house. They were consistently on time, kept me well informed on progress. I am extremely please with the work result and with Mike and his team.

Very pleased with communication and quality of work

Mike is a true professional and his team were indicative of that. Plaster/drywall in a ceiling is a messy job and they executed it perfectly and left no mess behind. The stuccoed balcony floor was decades old and leaking badly this past winter. Mike identified the drain issue quickly and then waterproofed and rebuilt the balcony interior. He had to do the work going thru my tenant’s unit and he and his team were very respectful of her time while getting all this work done. I am already compiling a list of work I need Mike to do after our heatwave passes. I can recommend his without hesitation. His work is A+. You will not be disappointed!

Extremely satisfied with Mike's work. We moved into a new house and had a list of things that needed attending to. Mike was able to take care of it all in one morning. Movers had broken things in the transition and Mike was able to come up with creative and resourceful solutions to fix various items. He is extremely professional and kind. Already making my next list as I find new things around the house that I need Mike for!

I was thoroughly happy with the work Mike did. We were getting our house ready to sell and he was available quickly, executed the job swiftly, was well priced, and a pleasure to work with. He's a very nice man with a variety of skills and is very resourceful. He's in my phone as my new guy to call for anything around the house!

It went great was kept in to loop during the work process. They did a fantastic job on both exterior and interior walls. Installed both the wall scones above the new sink. Painted around the sink. Clean up was OK but all old materials were stacked. I would rehire Mike and his crew again

Mike and his crew replaced wood from a pergola that was damaged by termites. He treated and painted the new wood.

Completed work in 3 days. Very professional. The ceiling looks great. Would recommend Mike and team.

I use Angie all the time to hire pros and I am never disappointed. I hired Mike Handyman to fix a sliding bathroom door. Mike did a great job and even patched and painted the hole that was needed to get to the wheel. He also fixed my tenants dishwasher that wasn't installed properly and fixed the back door. I will use him for all my small jobs going forward. My tenant was very happy!

Great! Miguel (Mike) came promptly when he said he would be here. He was courteous, answered all my questions and did all the emergency repairs I needed following a bad fall. He does wonderful work, cleans up after he is done and takes pride in his work. His drywall repair was amazing; the wall looks brand new. I have recommended his work to a friend.
