Contractor provided outstanding communication via email. If there was a change in schedule, we were informed in ample time. Service was exactly as expected. Kenny completed follow-up details by inspecing our property to make sure no nails were dropped on ground. This is a highly capable, pleasant and professional individual who performed all the right tasks in an impeccable manner. We will certainly contact this company in the future if we have roofing problems.

Keith guided me through where he thought my leak was coming from, told me how to repair it myself including what product would work the best. I had Keith inspect my roof, he patched several other locations. I plan to have Midwest Diversified do some other work in the future. I am very pleased with Keith-he is a true professional, treats customers with respect, provides on the spot estimates, is not pushy or aggressive in his sales approach. I would definitely recommend and will not hesitate to call him back again.

Kieth Steiner and his crew are people who take care off their customer first, Kieth very good at handling relations with customers and also insurance personel on claims,he is so knowledgeable in this field.Very good at explaining the problems you might have and the right steps to repair the roof.I recommend Kieth and company to anyone.

They took care of all the plants we have around the house. Was very careful of not spattering everything with coatings. Arrived on time, was very professional, answered all questions.
