Complete Home Inspection
Darrell performed an extremely thorough home inspection. He uses advanced technology i.e. thermal imaging and a drone to inspect the roof which my entire family witnessed and we were seriously impressed. His final report is very detailed with images/items to address. He gives valuable advice on how to maintain your furnace, hot water tank, etc. which is extremely helpful. We have called him several times since the inspection to ask for his advice which he does not mind. I highly recommend Darrell for your home inspection. I interviewed three other home inspectors all with great ratings and hired Darrell, I'm glad that I did!

Darrell is very good of doing his job, he tells me all the details of the house and what needs to get fix. His using some advance technology to inspect for molds in the back of the drywalls. Ill recomend him to everyone that is first time home buyer like me.

Darrell is vey thorough in his inspection. It took him 4 hours to do his first inspection. I interviewed many companies when I was searching for an inspector. He was definitely different from the rest because he he was licensed, not a franchise, has a lot of experience and use tools. Some companies rely on only experience and I could not see how that would be sufficient. I raised concerns about the EMF level in the house, Darrell went a head and included that test for free and brought the device that measures that. He is very enthusiastic and cares about his business. I am very satisfied with his service and would definitely hire him again knowing what he is capable of.
