Jim was an absolute pleasure to work with! He responded to me within minutes of my request and promptly set up an appointment that was convenient for me. He arrived on time and fully prepared for the job. He was very knowledgeable and had every tool he needed to install my new gas range cooktop. He even went above and beyond by removing and sealing the down draft funnel that was no longer needed with the new cooktop. Aside from completing the installation efficiently and professionally, Jim was a delight to talk with. He is very personable. I would highly recommend him for any home improvement job or handywork.
