I was pleased that I got the results from my test the next day.

They were fast and very friendly, willing to talk through any implications and detailed safety information. Additionally gave me several follow up recommendations.

The lab that they used had some issues with returning the results but did not contact Maxximus. Maxximus did not track that they should have received the results already. I was waiting and wondering if I should have already received the results. I ended up calling them to inquire. In a slightly unprofessional manner, they did not put me on hold or tell me that they would call me back when they called the lab. As a result, I heard the entirety of their side of the conversation with the lab. I had my results later that day. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. They were very quick to contact me once I put the request in through home advisor.

They were professional and prompt and allowed me to explained why I needed their service. They were on time for the appt and the President/Owner called me with the results of the sample which by the way was in fine and I had no mold. Yes would definitely recommend them.

They were on time and the work was completed quickly. I had a same day appt. There office staff very he helpful. I would recommend them to others.

Overall, the work of taking asbestos samples went well. The only problem was with the company keeping their original appointment time. This was compensated for with them waving their fee for coming to collect the samples.

This company was on the list of companies registered with Montgomery County. After the initial phone call, I was able to setup an appointment to coincide with the Abatement company that removed the tiles. All went very smooth and Maxximus representative was present throughout the day and explained all that he was doing. Very satisfied customer.
