Maria is the best. She was very prompt to come by the condo and give a quote for moving out of the property cleaning service. Very reasonable. After we moved out the movers had left quite a mess, mostly on the tile floors and some black marks on the walls. She cleaned it all up including the basic cleaning of the bathrooms etc. Since I was out of town and unable to see the clean condo, Maria was kind and sent a short video of the place. It looked great. My real estate agent went to the condo this morning for the walk thru and said everything looked wonderful. We mistakenly left a few things behind and Maria was super sweet and mailed them to us. I highly recommend Maria's Cleaning Service to anyone in the market for cleaning services.

The first thing Maria said upon entering my house was she did not have time to talk because she had to hurry and get to her next cleaning job. She interrupted me when I tried to tell her what my house needed. Again she she said she had to get done quickly and go to her next job. Her work reflected her desire to get done, get paid and leave. Everything in my house that was moved was not put back where it belonged when she finished my home looked like it had been ransacked. When I asked her to put things back where they were she replaced one item. I asked her to replace the small area rugs that were folded and left on top of tables and chairs. She actually said, No. My house was somewhat cleaner, but some things were not cleaned and my floors had streaks. I had told her clean floors are the most important thing to me. She tried to charge more than the agreed-upon price. I paid her what we agreed upon and will definitely not hire her again. I could ignore the attitude if the house had been very clean. My last cleaner was excellent but became ill. I am praying for a miracle cure!
