I am updating this review. They did good work but I later found it work was not completed... After 2 weeks of no returned calls, I gave a bad review, a week later Andrew ( I think that was his name) came out and apologized, said bad review hurt his business, I felt bad too so after he promised to come out and look at the area of the roof he did not complete I gave him a good review, unfortunately, I never heard from him again and that was almost a year ago. Please do not hire him if you looking for someone that stands behind their work.

Initial booking and communication was okay but they ended having a internal miscommunication about scheduled and missed the window the work was scheduled to take place at. Andrew came and did the work and apologized for the issue and the price was discounted. Overall great work and efficient, and happy with how they dealt with the issue.

Very pleased with MAAC. He replaced one roof and repaired another. Prompt estimates, very professional, quality work, reasonable costs.

After a heavy rain I had two houses that had leaks. These are rental properties with tenants. MAAC called me back within an hour on the same day and Andrew was at my house the very next day with pictures of both roofs and a description of the job that was needed; Install a rubber roof and silver coat maintenance on the other roof. I was very inquisitive and he was very patient and knowledgeable. His price was better than all prices I had been quoted. Andrew came over the next two days and did both jobs. He took pictures after completion and I must say the job was absolutely beautiful!!!! Very neat!!! He was very proud of his work in which he takes a lot of pride. He also gave me a great guarantee!!! I’m thoroughly impressed. MAAC’s the best!

I didn't expect a phone call back on a Sunday, nor the roofer to be able to come out the next day, but sure enough, that's what I got! Andrew was on time (actually a little early!) and said he could fix the flashing right away. Half an hour later he was done and it looks great! I would definitely recommend.

I found MAAC Roofing through Home Advisor. I called & left a message explaining the scope of work. I received a response that day and was able to schedule an appointment for the upcoming Saturday. As it happened, it was raining the day of the appointment, so no one came. Near the end of the day, I received a call explaining that someone might be able to come out the next day & had not kept the appointment because of the weather. I was clear that I should have received a call or some explanation, since I had been waiting based on the appointment. But sure enough, Andrew came out the next day & we talked about the project. He gave me a price which sounded good, so I asked that a formal estimate be prepared & sent. At the end of the week, since I hadn't received the estimate, I contacted MAAC again. This time, I received a response & the estimate just a few minutes later. So perhaps it was just a mistake with my email address. I should say that the price Andrew gave was lower than what I'd expected. So I would not have been surprised if the formal estimate came in a bit higher. But it was not. The formal estimate was for the exact amount Andrew quoted while we stood on the roof. Once I returned the signed proposal, it was just a matter of days before the work was completed. And since I wasn't able to be there in person, MAAC even sent me before and after photos of the work. I must say that this was one of the better experiences I've had hiring a contractor and would not hesitate to recommend MAAC.

The day I called they gave me an estimate for the repairs the same day. Repaired it the next morning. Very prompt, good price and pleasant.

Contractor was very responsive to calls and texts. Showed pictures of pre and post work for comparison purposes.
