Remove 74 windows and shutters and install 74 new impact windows. Demolition and installation were done in an extremely timely fashion. Finish work inside and out was awesome,

Lock Tight Great company. Hard workers. Installation was Great! we did have some issues with a window, that was taken care of. We also had many issues with the front door but that was all taken care of. Communication with company was Great, they did all they can in the process to get the job fixed and finished. House is much cooler and safe. Thank You Lock Tight.

The people at Locktight Windows and Doors were all amazing ! Every aspect of the order went exactly as they said it would and on time. The permit department dealt with my Community Association and the City building Department. They assigned me a project manager. The windows arrived a week early and the crew that installed them were done in three days and did a great job. I can't say enough good things about Locktight !!

Exceptional price, professionalism and service from the sales pitch to the installation. First of all, the price is VERY COMPETITIVE. Once we heard our quote we immediately signed the paperwork. And I’m glad we did. We got another quote that was 3 times as much! The entire process was SO EASY. They handled communication with the HOA and secured the permits for the windows and doors. Each day, they arrived on time and were super polite. They told us it could take up to 5 days to complete the project (impact windows and doors for a 2 story 3,000 sq ft house) and got it done EARLY—in just 3 days. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

He took his time explaining things, answered all my questions, and didn't try to rush me into anything or pile on the pressure. I actually felt like I understood what I was paying for before I signed anything. The install crew showed up when they said they would, which honestly already puts them ahead of a lot of contractors I've dealt with in the Miami area. They worked fast but you could tell they weren't cutting corners. They were careful with my house, cleaned up after themselves, and paid attention to the little things. Everyone on the team was respectful and clearly knew what they were doing. End result: I'm really happy with how it turned out.
