I discovered Living Water while searching for a local company to install a soft water system in my home. The first impression was a phone call from the owner of the company, Terry. I was surprised at how quickly the response was. Our first meeting I believe was that evening. He was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough in his explanation of the processes of the system, how it will be installed and in his answers to my all question. I spoke to two additional companies before making the decision to go with Living Water. The crew that came to install the system was very professional and Terry even showed up to check on the progress. The whole installation went very smoothly and only took a day to complete, after which everything was working perfectly. After the system was installed, there was an issue with a cracked elbow joint. This was an unavoidable incident due to a faulty elbow in the water line between the system and the water source. No one was to blame; it was simply a defective part or as they say â s*^t happensâ . Again, the response was immediate and extremely professional. Terry took care of everything; the faulty part was replaced with an upgraded part which is now the standard in all of his installations along with additional installation precautions. This type of response and proactive implementation of an improved installation process is the sign of a true professional who believes in his product and cares deeply for his customers. I highly recommend Terry and his Living Water Company to anyone whoâ s is looking to install a water softener system in the home.

Steven was helpful from the beginning answering all our questions. This was installed for my 88 year old Mom in her 51 year old home. We had the softener system and 2 RO systems, The value is immeasurable for my Mom. Jesse was our installer and he was AWESOME! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all our questions. He walked the property looking for the best placement for setting up the system. My Mom is on a well system and with the age of the home it was challenging. Jesse was positive and said he would have it set up in the best possible way. We were so impressed with his motivation and his professionalism. You should really consider getting a system. Soft water has changed everything, my skin and hair are truly softer. Iâ ve had this product for 8 months and l have no complaints.
