The pro that I had, Lenny was very very knowledgeable. He helped out with a lot very respectful. He explained everything to me in detail, and I will definitely hire him again.

I inquired about help needed on a malfunctioning, under the counter ice maker. Lenny responded that very evening, set up an appointment for the next morning (a Saturday), diagnosed the problem and ordered parts needed for repair. Lenny showed me everything, explained what was happening and gave me several options if I wanted to proceed. While parts were in transit, Lenny communicated often, and when they arrived, we set up a follow up to finish the repair. Lenny was personable, very informative, professional, clean and took great care of my appliance and my home. Lenny was very responsive from the moment I made a request to find someone to do plumbing work. He came out the following morning. I texted him in the morning. He got right back to me showed up. Exactly on time ended an amazing job. He is a very nice person and does not overcharge and gives very helpful advice. I highly recommend lenny and I will be hiring him again for some electrical projects amongst other things that we need done at our home.

I put in for a request late at night and Lenny was happily over first thing in morning to inspect and replace dishwasher pump/parts. He did a few tests, explained everything, installed parts, and gave me tips for the future. Professional and hard working.

Hired Lenny in November to repair the ice maker in a Subzero Freezer. Twice he installed parts that did not fix the problem. He promised to provide a refund on December 10. He requested that I remind him of the last four digits of my credit card to complete the refund which I provided to him in December. I asked for an update on the refund on Jan 15, 2025. No response from Lenny. Very Disappointed that he has not provided the refund as he promised.

Lenny was very transparent re pricing and scope of work that needed to be done, including what could wait until a later date.
