DO NOT HIRE. He has failed to reimburse us for over $900 of parts to repair our double wall oven. He is not answering his phone, text messages or messages sent on Angi. Waiting to see if Angi will help us get reimbursed.

My stove no longer worked. They came date and time agreed upon. Identified the issue. Advised they would need to order the part. Three days later as promised they came back replaced the part and my stove is now working. Very professional. Would definitely recommend.

These guys came out and quoted me to fix the problem temporarily and ordered piece to fix permanently?only thing is after I paid them I haven?t seen or heard from them?.and it?s been over 2 months?they were supposed to come back 2 days later and now I can?t contact them at all

The time to take the dryer all apart and install the new parts was what was time consuming.

Lenny sold me an LG refridgerater and an Elements Dishwasher. He wrote on the receipt that he was giving me a 3 year warranty. The fridge needed repair after a little less than a year. Lenny came out and said he needed to get me a new fridge. After a few weeks of texting him he said he couldn't find me a replacement. Meanwhile my food was all going bad So I called LG who said they won't fix a fridge that doesn't have a serial number. I then checked the Dishwasher and it also has no serial number. I demanded the cost of repair from Lenny and he refused because I filed complaints with the BBB and the attorney General. Those complaints are worthless I found out. I just hope someone reads this and saves themselves alot of grief. If he replies he always blames the consumer never himself. Just be careful.

Taking pictures of my work before and after means a lot to me .. that is why your bad review won't hurt me it a experience and I will grow stronger. ALL APPLIANCE HAVE SERIES NUMBERS SO STOP LYING. You should just pay for the part that wasn't covered by the warranty, and you could of be alright, really, john. Your wife and daughter wanted me to get the job done, but your ego."

Lenny and his sidekick, Kenny, (no they are not a vaudeville act) worked efficiently and effectively. However, like MANY handymen, I found Lenny (the PR guy) trying to be charming with his excuses for delayed appearances. I dealt with the delays with humor, but they knew I was disappointed with them. I did find them to be expensive, but just glad to get the work done.
