We recently had our large chimney removed by Legacy Family Roofing, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their work. They tackled the job with incredible dedication, working over 12 hours in 100° heat to remove three layers of rock, brick, and concrete. Their pricing was reasonable, and they were upfront, honest, and knowledgeable from start to finish. The quality of their workmanship was outstanding. They arrived on time, worked hard, and left the area thoroughly cleaned up. What really stood out was how they went above and beyond — even addressing and fixing underlying framing issues we hadn’t known about. Legacy Family Roofing exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional, high-quality work.

Very professional in bidding and executing the job. Kyle Morris on bidding and Josh Hunt on job oversight. Team of 11 replaced the old and installed 38 squares for the new roof in 7 hours. Good clean up and trash removal. Very efficient in all respects. Good communication throughout the process and everything done as promised. I could have found a cheaper bid but feel the quality materials and professional installation coupled with a long warranty justify the price. I highly recommend them.

They removed 2 roofs, replaced wood, installed 40 sq, and cleaned up every thing in 1 day. Just a pleasure to watch them work. New roof is beautiful. Very professional.

This is the best thing i have ever been on that helped me thank you.

My experience was very disappointing. This project involved adding metal roofing to a new gabled front porch and replacing all screws in existing roof. The owner ordered unpainted metal for the new roof instead of matching the color of the existing one and replaced my existing screws with unpainted silver ones. This resulted in the necessity of having both the new and existing roofs pressure cleaned and painted. The owner offered me a 'deal' to clean and paint the roofing for $800. The crew did not prep the unpainted metal with vinegar as recommended. They pressure washed and painted my roof and left without a walkthrough. After they were gone, I discovered they had not cleaned or painted the metal on the side gables of the roof. I called the owner, who agreed to send them back to complete the job. The project began in May 2015 and was finally completed in mid-June 2015. In May 2016, a neighbor offered to blow accumulated leaves from my roof and discovered that the paint is peeling badly from the back of my roof. Since the paint is not peeling from the metal on the front of my home or the front porch, I can only assume that the paint is not defective. My conclusion is that the rear portion of my roof was not thoroughly pressure washed before paint was applied. I would not hire this contractor again or recommend them to anyone.

Fast, efficient, quality workmanship. Installed approx. 1400 sqft metal roofing... came in, got 'er done in one day and total cleanup.

Very professional estimate and great communication. Roofers were industrious and efficient. The crew was organized and got our roof done in one day. They replaced the four skylights also. The crew did a very good job of cleanup after they were finished.

Chad Crue contacted me within 24 hours of my request, we completed quote, decided shingles, color and work schedule was completed within a week's timeframe. I would definitely highly recommend.

One of the draw backs was there were two times they did not order enough material to do the job. One was OSB board and the other was shingles. This delayed things by a day. Other is their lack of responsiveness when we told them the OSB arrived earlier. Even if they could not get the workers out in time, they could have at least sent an acknowledgement and let us know why they could not get anyone out.
