Extremely knowledgeable; subject matter expect. Responsive and communicative. Educates the home owner on best practices to keep air quality at levels that avoid a return of the issue. Re-mediated the mold in my basement until all mold and smells were gone! Outstanding service. I am an extremely satisfied customer. This firm comes with my absolute highest recommendations. The service was good. He showed up on time and did the test. The only problem I had was that he is not a full service, he only checks for asbestos and does not remove.The test took longer than I was told, but I don't think he had a choice. Overall he was ok, just not a perfect match for my needs.
