Refrigerator problem, freezer working but not the upper part. He came out the next day and already knew what the problem was. He ordered parts for the condenser and had the parts come to my home. Once they were here he was back to fix the condenser. Very knowldedgeable.

Devin was very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. He was willing to be flexible with his service fee based on whether or not my microwave could be fixed. While my microwave was repairable, he was honest and told me that I would be much better off getting a new microwave. I really appreciated his honesty. Do not hire this guy he is a con. I spent $150 for him to come over here and tell me that my refrigerator he got working again and that I needed a part probably within the next 30 days. Not only after he left my home I checked the refrigerator. It did not work we had to buy. we had to buy a $553 refrigerator which still didn?t save the food that we had then we spent $200 on the part and my husband put the part in that he told us to buy and that didn?t work so now we have bought another part so I am warning everyone he doesn?t know what he is doing. It was his first day on the job and he done it horribly.

"I did not repair this refrigerator. I let them know the compressor and condenser fan were not receiving power from the control board as expected. We talked about continuing with the repair, and me replacing the part (because if i did it there would be warranties on the part and labor) but they (buffy and her husband) decided to fix it themselves. I let them know that this should fix it as it couldn't be other components as that's the only part that provides power to the two parts that weren't going. The refrigerator did start up as I was leaving but I told them that it could go out again at any moment as it was failing intermittently."

Responded to my request for repair promptly and arrived on time. Very courteous, friendly and got to work right away. Moved old appliance into garage and swept and cleaned up. I will hire this young man again and definitely refer to people who need handyman service.
