I hired Lakewood Exteriors to facilitate the completion of city inspection for my roof which was replaced one year ago by a contractor who did not do any permit work. Lakewood Exteriors has timely finished all the work. I loved the punctuality, fair price, responsiveness and respectful attitude of the staff.

I told Luis I needed around 30 shingles replaced. He gave me an estimate which sounded reasonable. He showed up on time and started work. Its partially my fault I should have got on the roof to inspect the work myself. He replaced around 10 shingles and still charged the price he quoted me for 30. He would not provide a receipt after multiple requests. Avoid Lakewood Exteriors, Now I need to find a roofer to complete the job. I will not use Angis list for that search.

Luis communicated really well, we all knew what was going on. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Good quality. Highly recommended.

I received multiple invoices with different amounts due and a due date of 11/30/2022. I received multiple calls for payment and was harassed for payment far before the due date on the most recent notice. After I paid the notice in full, I received an additional invoice for more money, even though I had fully paid the invoice previously. Bad communication, and the company seems to be trying to milk customers for more money.

I needed a missed inspection repair item done ASAP, today for home closing. Luis returned my inquiry withing 5 minutes, assessed what is needed and will be here in 3 hours. Thank you Luis! Joe Skalisky, REMAX ALLIANCE

Luis contacted me almost immediately after I submitted my request. He was professional and courteous and quick to offer his estimate. He had an immediate grasp of the project and his pricing was all inclusive to add a 4 year warranty on the labor. He scheduled a time for the estimate and he contacted me with one change in his timeframe. Additionally, Luis promised a timeframe for the work to be performed and he met the deadline.

They do what the work was asked. And didn't try to sell you unexpected work.great company and would use them again.

Luis called me came out same day and completed the work and sent pictures as he did the work. I will use again if I need roof repair.

Luis not only repaired my roof and fix a leaky gutter, he also cleaned my gutters at no extra cost. He was prompt and kept me informed regarding the repair process.

I manage a 30,000+ SQ FT facility so I deal with contractors constantly, and I can tell you even with Angis there are differences in the quality of service you will receive. We had a roofing job done that left some gaps in fascia flashing. Luis was able to understand the issue and quickly come up with a fix. Great communication, responsive to concerns, delivered more than promised! I definitely recommend them as they are honest, reasonable to deal with, and more expertise than the other companies we talked to about this project.
