Kinetico Quality Water Systems

Got the job done right and fast. Definitely very expensive and it sucks pretty bad that the reverse osmosis system uses proprietary filters that are extremely difficult to change yourself but happy with the quality.

The system works great. The technicians who installed the system are wonderful and fast. However, per conversation before buying the system, some one suppose to call me 3 months after the installation to come and check the system. I am in my 5th months now, still no call. This is why 4.5 stars for customer service. Other then that, my experience are awesome.

Super easy discussion and installation. Much better than other companies that we talked to and it didn’t feel like a high-pressure sales pitch.

The system is expensive, but if it does all that they tell me it will, it was most likely the right decision. We have had it since March and water spots on our shower (after squeegee) are minimal. The drinking water is also great. The team was very professional and friendly. I would choose this system again based on what I know after 2 months.

Excellent experience from sale to installation. Fantastic improvement in water quality. It was worth the money, when you consider the poor quality of water in the city of las Vegas.

Service was prompt and problem was fixed quickly.

Previous bad experiences has tainted my view of this company. The recent service call to fix my leaking water softener ended up costing more than was quoted to me in the estimate because the employee who provided the quote did not add correctly. The service man that actually did the work was very professional and did an excellent job. At least he didn't nickel and dime me for a few rubber o-rings that the original estimator forgot to include in his bid. It's never a good thing when something has to serviced by a single source. They don't have to worry about being competitive because you're stuck using them for all repairs and service work.

Its only been a few days, BUT the water seems to taste better. John and his son did a great job in the installation. I am looking forward to hot water to kick in.

Kinetico water system is great. No more hard water almost feels like silk. There product is everything they said it would be. I'm going to save tons of money on cleaning supplies and lotion. Thanks Kinetico.
