Simao Carpet Cleaning

I so want to give this company a good review. The owner is very easy to communicate with via texted. As far as the carpet cleaning went, it?s a toss up - two rugs were picked up. First rug was delivered as promised. Second larger carpet was not- second rug was returned so wet that it had to be rolled out in the garage to dry, They stated they run the carpet through a machine at one point of business dealing and on return of rug he mentioned something about a power washer being used. Would I use this company again - probably not. Last time rugs were cleaned by different company they were returned 10 days later- this company promised two day turnaround. I should have known this was unrealistic. I?m leaving a photo of carpet in question it was returned 4 days ago and still has damp spots. Maybe due to the size of the carpet and shaggy appearance the job was to big for the companies equipment.
