Agent was more a salesman. On arrival, he tried to sell me a new boiler. After I explained him carefully that the boiler is fine, but the circulating pump is not working properly, he suggested a new water softening system for 6.8K... He finally replaced the circulating pump as well as a filtration system, and till today I am not sure that the filtration system needed replacing. The salt consumption is still high. Nobody contacted me nor got back to my emails.

John was professional, pleasant, and punctual for the bid appointment, as well as the installation appointment. He communicated the process and was competitive with the other plumbing vendors. However, he had to return twice because of a kitchen leak, and not knowing how to correctly complete the vessel connection. The significance of the vessel sink is that, John said the countertop vendor made an error, so another schedule had to be made. This infuriated that vendor because when he came back out, he said nothing was wrong. He actually called John, spoke with him and prepared the sink for John's return. It felt like I was in a vendor war and the countertop vendor wanted a $150.00 service fee since it wasn't his error. However, everything turned out well. Finally, during post completion conversations, 2vendors said their plumbers would have billed me approx $600 -- Wish I'd known that at the start. I'm going to check yes for using the provider again because John was good;BUT I'd really probably use my countertop vendors plumber.

We have used this company at least 3 times, I would not even think of calling another company.

Went very smooth.  He was on time and finished quickly.

Work was done quickly and satisfactorily. In talking about water softeners the person that was here basically said that California has outlawed salt water softeners and that is absolutely incorrect.

Unclugged kitchen drain and unclugged slow moving bathroom sink.

They were prompt and professional. They did a great job of answering all of my questions.

The experience with the administrators wasdreadful.  Derrick, who is the phone contact, was rude and arrogant.  An appointment was made for Wed. 9:00 to 11:00 am.  They called and said they were running late and that they would be here no later than noon. At 2:30pm I called and was told they couldn't be bothered coming when they had jobs in Henderson that paid more money then the $5 they would make with me and my Angie's list coupon.  We rescheduled for Friday first app't at 8:00am.  They arrived two hours late.
The technician who changed the faucet was very pleasant but not too knowledgable.  This coupon was to include a complete home pumbing inspection, yet when he looked at the water softener plumbing, he was insecure about whether or not the plumbing was correct.  I did not allow him to check any of the other plumbing in the house.
He struggled with the faucet replacement and thank the gods, when he finished I was able to get runnnng water through it.  He admitted he was not a plumber, but some other specialty construction worker.
So unless you live in Henderson and have lots of money to spend on unreliable plumbers, do not use these people.

I waited until later when it cooled off before contacting Jump 2 It for my big deal faucet replacement for $59.00. I was told to call them the day I would be available for them to come out. I called them Friday 9/27/2013 and was told that a repairman would be here between 9am-11am. He arrived promptly and started to replace the hose bib. Unfortunately what should have taken a few minutes turned out to take over an hour and a half due to the condition of the faucet. It was caked on with hardened minerals from the leaking. He did get it off but it was not a quick and easy replacement. He was courteous and easy to deal with. He told me to contact them if I had any problems.If I need any plumbing repairs in the near future I definitely would give them a call.

I paid $29.00 for a coupon from Angie's List.  Then I had to pay another $43.40 for 2 kitchen sink 20 inch hoses.  They didn't have all the tools they needed with them.  I just wasn't impressed with them and wouldn't use them again.  One of the men was a new employee and the other said he was just helping out.
