From the very first point of contact, LJSC was professional, responsive, and provided a very reasonably priced quote. They were also incredibly accommodating when I asked if they could come the very next day on short notice ? which I really appreciated. Juan, who handled the service, was extremely professional and did a thorough job. My carpet and couch are both high-traffic areas that needed serious attention, and he tackled them with care and skill. I had several tough spots caused by my cat and kids, and Juan was able to get them out completely. I?m extremely happy with the results and will definitely be recommending LJSC to others. I?ll also be using their services again in the future!

Juan Otero returned my call pronto, then rearranged his schedule to come here the same day instead of next day. In about 45 minutes of painstaking work he removed a difficult stain, and it looks as though the rug will be good as new when it's finished drying. Highest recommendation!
