I have the pleasure to work with Jose and his crew on a listing on two occasions? The first one was a small leak where they had to repair and replace the expansion tank on the water heater and repaired the wall damaged by the leak. On the second occasion, after the inspection was conducted. The very swiftly came in and handled all the requests from the buyer.
