JM Construction requested a 50% deposit to replace the roof on my barn with a metal roof. I was only doing one of 3 sections and he quoted $4,200. I sent $2,100 to him. He did not do the work or return my money. I sent the money in January 2020. It is now April 2021 and he has not done the work or returned my money. He is a liar and a thief.

Way to expensive for the small job

We needed to get our driveway removed, extended, and redone. JM Constrution was very quick to reply and come out to give us an estimate. Juan was very professional, personable, and it was obvious pretty early on that he was an expert at his craft. Once he started, he pulled city permits himself and took care of everything. His team worked very efficiently and timely to complete the job. He was in constant communication with us so we knew what to expect throughout the process. They always kept the job site clean and even replaced grass in areas that needed it after the job was done. We are highly satisfied with the result and we know it was done right. Many of our neighbors have expressed how nice and well done the driveway is. We highly recommend Juan and his JM Construction team and will not hesitate to use their services in the future.

I hired them to remove a small slab of concrete and then pour a larger slab of concrete that they stamped and colored. They worked fast with high quality. They cleaned up after themselves and replaced grass after the job was done. If I ever need anymore concrete work ill go to them.

They formed up and poured my drive way and sidewalk. Deer Park City inspector said one of the best jobs he had seen.

Excellent work on pouring concrete floor. JM had his work crew do a good job and they all worked very hard. The living room floor is now level with the rest of my home.

Did an outstanding job replacing my old driveway

Juan showed up on time to evaluate and quote the job which was to install a pad for a shed. He was able to start the job and finish it the next day. He and his crew treated my property with respect and cleaned up very well after themselves. The quality of the work appears to be very good. I would recommend JM for concrete work.

I never take the time to write a review but these guys did such an astonishing job that I just had to write a review they were on time they were quick they were persistent with the work very hard working individuals and the job quality was impeccable would definitely hire these guys again I am 100% satisfied
