"to ED. T. your review is a complete fabrication with some truths mixed with major lies. It is true we were late to the job but we called to tell you we were late due to the torrential rains that caused serious floods all over south florida.So sirous it made it to the national news. You did not care and insisted it was not raining by your house, but when we got there it was pouring as we had said. we worked for you for 5 hour in the rain.We also told you we would not be responsible for any wet trails into your house and you agreed to those terms. The only time I complained was when I walked into your home soaking wet from all the rain. My tools got all wet and are now ruined but you didn't even care as long as the job got done. We cleaned up as much as possible and you said you would take care of the rest. now, as far as the final payment. what contractor leaves a house without collecting their final payment. I gave you additional wire runs and left you 200 ft of cat6 wire worth a lot of money. You were still not satisfied and wanted us to do more work for free. Understand wire management was not part of the job or discussion at any time until we were ready to leave. I still can't believe you wanted us to leave before you paid? unheard off."
