Jim and his team did a great job and we had hot water on just a few hours. Guys were on time and very respectful.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Jim’s Plumbing Now! From my first phone call when I was scheduling my appointment through the end of my service call, everything was easy and went very smoothly. Malik was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained everything to me and took his time to go through all of my concerns. I have to say that the whole process was great and stress-free. I will definitely call them if I ever have another concern and will definitely recommend them!

I usually do not write reviews for anything unless they really leave an impression on me and I felt obligated to leave a review after what a phenomenal job Jim’s Plumbing Now did on my water heater. The gentleman’s name was Malik from JPN that replaced my water heater located in the attic which we all know is miserably hot!!! I did not hear one complaint or even a sigh of having to work in an attic in this Texas heat but rather he did the job with a smile on his face and had an incredible attitude the whole time. He was professional and had great work ethic and knowledge in the business. I would highly recommend Jim’s Plumbing Now to anyone and will be happily returning as a customer in the future. Jims Plumbing Now was referred by my foundation repair company. Technician came out and performed a test in drain and water. Both passed and foundation company gave me a lifetime warranty on foundation work. Will use them in future if I need a plumber.

Jim and Chris came out within one hour of my call and did a great job .. kitchen drain was stopped up and they got me back in service! Highly recommend!

Chris came out and was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem with my sewer line and give me a great deal with a water heater. Completed the work in a timely matter and was very clean! Very impressed with his work, definitely using them again!

Contacted after foundation repair. Inspection found sewer line break under slab, tested and quoted price. Work began following week and continued through the following week due to weather (rain). Project completed, though I'm still awaiting final receipt still after work completion I have their initial receipt and work was done to satisfaction. Seem like good company just a bit slow on receipts. Other than that I'd recommend and would use again.

Gerald did a great job!!! Very conscientious and made sure the pipes were connected.  He returned later to fix a leak. I was pleased with his work.
