"Hi Mike S. Thank you so much for taking the time to write your review. We truly appreciate all reviews we receive and would like to address your concern for the 'hefty' credit card fee as we want you to be aware of the cost and why. I would think it fair to say that most businesses now offer the convenience of using credit cards to pay for services as so many of us don't carry around cash or check-books anymore. As a small business we want to offer that same convenience to our customers but we don't quite get the break on fees as the larger companies do with such small usage. Our fees to use this service (3% of service charge) are fully disclosed in our agreement and of course you have the right to pay by cash, check or money order so as not to incur the fee any time you to choose to. I hope this explains the fee and why we charge it and once again thank you for your review, it's always greatly appreciated when people take the time out of their busy schedule to let us know how we did and what they think. WE NOW OFFER NO FEE CREDIT CARD USE !! STARTING APRIL 22 !"
