Italo and Eddie were great to work with! My job was complex with some fixed short-term milestones within the larger scope of the project, and they were able to work with me to meet those important deadlines. Their team showed up consistently and worked hard, even in the stretch of 100-degree days we had in July! I think the pricing was fair and the few change orders we had were legitimate and reasonable. I’m loving my spa bathroom and expanded closet, and looking forward to having tenants in my new lower level eco-luxury rental unit. It’s truly a transformation and the beginning of a new era for our family home!

The experience with this contactor was great. There were no problems for them to do what I wanted, and giving me suggestions on how it should be done.

They did the work way within the allotted time . They completed all the work and did extra. The left my home neat and clean. I would give them a reference for work with my family and friends.

My wife and I hired IS Enterprises, Inc to do a major renovation at our home in Marthas Vineyard. IS moved their construction workers from Washington, DC to Marthas Vineyard to do the renovation. What would have normally taken 1 1/2 years by local contractors, IS completed the work in six (6) months. The renovation included a complete demo of the existing house. Now we have 3 new bedrooms, new Kitchen, 3 new bathrooms, cathedral ceiling, new screen porch, new flag stone deck and new porch. In addition, new plumbing, new electrical and central A/C. It was an amazing job completed in a short period at a great price. In addition, the owner of IS made great and improved changes to the plans designed by the architect. My wife and I are extremely happily with the finished product.

Eddie was extremely helpful, communicative, and professional. IS Enterprise completed a lead abatement on our home so we weren't present to see the work being done, but Eddie sent pictures of the progress and kept us updated throughout the process. Our neighbors also commented on how hardworking, respectful, and professional the men working on the house were. We had a great experience with everyone at IS Enterprise and will definitely use them again for future work.

Working with Eddie was fabulous. He is incredibly focused on the customer. He is very responsive and is eager to fix any issues that arise.

A few weeks back I called ISE to repair a leaking pie in the basement. The gentleman that came to do the repair was awesome. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, professional (Benigno Ramirez). Thank you for an excellent job!

Eddie was very easy to work with. After first contact, he was in to measure the windows that week, sent a quote quickly thereafter, and was able to install one week after I signed the contract. The whole thing start to finish was just a few weeks. And the windows look great!

All work was completed as promised. All workers were punctual, polite, professional, and extremely hard working. They maintained communication with us and allowed to make minor changes after the work had commenced. Eddie was very helpful and an ease to work with. I highly recommend them.

My Search began on Home advisor after going through about 6 contractors who either had unprofessional business interactions to the unprepared contractor who show up with no pictures to no recent references for there work both in progress or completed. My lucky number 7 would bring me to IS Enterprise who I meet at the my property that needed a complete upgrade Kitchen, Bathroom was the focus but the gentlemen Mr. Mingues would do something special invite us to an IS Enterprise that was a project in progress we were very taken by the attention to excellent carpentry great detail not to minch the wonderful interaction we were experiencing speaking with Mr. Mingues due to his knowledge and pride he took in the work his team completed. We than moved very quickly to make a decision to choose IS Enterprises to be our company on this big project. We meet at least twice before moving forward to the final contract this were the dance began. Once the finally contract was drawn up the demolition would take place very quickly I was kept in the loop the entire time both verbally as well pictures were sent since I was living in NYC at the time while my home in Wash DC was being renovated this is the trust we had in our project manager Mr. Eddie Mingues as well IS Enterprises. After the demolition Phase 1 was completed we progress very smoothly into Phase 2 which was picking out the paints, materials, appliances and floors being last this was an Awesome experience excellent communications and clarity from Mr.Eddie Mingues once this was completed we moved into Phase 3 ordering and waiting for the materials to began to arrive for install this well organized controlled very professionally in addition there were times we need to make change orders this process was also a great experience executed well. We than moved into Phase 4 the finally cut as they would say when the puzzle is about to be completed and all to come together. I must say IS Enterprises brought integrity into there work!! There attention for detail is impressive. We were exetemly excited with the performance of work they done. The Manger, who overseas the project was terrific and easy to work with!! You, ask him to change or didnâ t like something. He will respond quickly with no drama. I would recommend Is Enterprises in A heartbeat!! Mr. Eddie Migue, IS Enterprises, Inc., Absolutely INCREDIBLE! My mom was looking for a contractor who had done similar work on her type of house that was built in 1909 in Northeast DC. Mr. Eddie was the only contractor that provided us with everything that was listed in the request for proposal, as well as pictures of similar renovated homes in DC that they had successfully completed. The projects involved renovating the kitchen, bathroom, painting the interior and exterior of the house, resurfacing all the wood floors, skylight, replacing windows and installing a new roof. Mr Eddie renovated my 87 years old mom's bathroom to fit her needs with a walk-in tub, pedestal vanity, ceramic floor tile and subway wall tile and it's FABULOUS! They remodeled the kitchen and it's so much more functional now and really a joy to be in. We had to replace the old floors throughout the house, of course, we were running out of money but Mr. Eddie made it work with the money we had. The new floors fit the age of the house like they had always been there. He really listened to what we were saying and he heard us because the work and detail he put into the house speaks for itself. He was very collaborative throughout the project and the lines of communication were always open. Mr. Eddie went above and beyond the scope of work and the house is Absolutely FABULOUS! We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Mr. Eddie to others.

I used IS Enterprises for a recent remodel in our master bathroom. They did a beautiful job! I love the finished product- competitive price and a talented crew too. They finished the job in a matter of days and left everything clean and tidy. We get compliments from everyone who sees the finished product. Italo is very knowledgeable and even helped me redesign the space to make it more modern and efficient. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel a room or their entire home!

This company is AWESOME! They did an outstanding job in renovating my home over and beyond my expectations. Eddie Mingues the owner is extremely professional, polite and very knowledgeable in many aspects of construction. He was prompt to call me with any questions before proceeding on a task or issue that came up unexpectedly. This man is very patient and kind and treated my home as though it were his. For the renovation my family had to vacate our home for 30 days and I was very apprehensive about giving my keys to a stranger. Trust me when I say Mr. Mingues is trustworthy, reliable and expects nothing less from the construction crew. I could not help but to sneak by the house from time to time checking the progress, I was welcomed by the workers to chat and discuss the work. Of course they told Mr. Mingues I came by and he ever so gently called me to follow up on any questions I may have had. After the first week I did not return as I knew my home was safe. Eddie Mingues and I agreed upon the time line of 30 days. When I returned home 2 days early I could not believe I HAD A WHOLE NEW HOUSE! Not only was my house stunning and beautiful the crew had sanitized my home, nothing was broken! Upon my return Mr. Mingues went thru my house with me room by room telling me what was done and inquired if I liked it. To say I liked the renovation is an understatement. I love the outcome! If I could rate this company a 10 I would. Incredible owner and work crew, they get the job done with integrity, professionalism and experience.

We have used Eddie Migues and his team at IS Enterprises, Inc. three times now which should speak for itself. He has done remodeling as well as roofing and painting for us. He is knowledgeable and attentive to detail and his folks always leave the work site cleaner than they found it. We found his prices competitive in the cases where we got multiple bids. You will love working with Eddie as an individual as well. He is a genuinely charming and interesting person.

They were timely and excellent customer service! They also did a follow up check up after the work was completed. They were much less in cost from other competitors and was pleased with outcome and work. Wife was happy !

When they finished the bathroom, they left some details that we did not like. We had to call them and explained exactly what we wanted. They performed the job immediately and for our entire satisfaction this time. They did a great job.

Eddie and his team did fantastic work on the interior and exterior of our newly purchased home to address lead-related concerns due to the age of the structure. His team replaced several windows entirely, treated other windows we decided to preserve, and treated the exterior brick and adjacent landscape. We have come back to Eddie to address other repairs in our home. We deeply appreciated his honest assessment of our needs, his promptness, and the high quality of the work completed.
