Thank you Marcus Arteaga, for the great customer service and knowledge of the repairs needed on the system. After the repairs, the system is functioning properly.

I would give zero star if possible. This is the least trustworthy company exists in this area and the most unreliable one too. Not too far to call their warranty a scam. I have been offered 10 year warranty on water softener, but their office denied warranty, only to be corrected later. However, they haven't completed the repair and every time I call, they raise the same issue with warranty. They wanted a $1700 for a warranty repair. Hence i added a review of my experience. Since then the owner called and stated he don't care, and he don't honor the warranty. Dishonest business, stay away.

Gustavo Flores was very professional and pleasant to work with. He came in a did a good job. He has listening ears which made me feel very comfortable. And he attended to the situation perfectly addressed.

Folks, these guys will rip you off and I am experienced firsthand. For example, while the kinetico washable sediment filter was just $35 from another company, InfinitWater got it at $80+. After one year of installation, it will cost you $175 every time you called them for a service. Dont do it folks, go with a generic or more popular water softener system or otherwise, go with another company instead of these InfinityWater people.

They came out the very day I submitted the request for a quote and weâ re able to install the system the very next day.

The sales and installation crew were very professional. The completed the job in a couple of hours and cleaned up the area afterwards. The system works as advertised so far.

I have had the unit approximately 16 mo. They have been here and try to set it but it says 0 days to regenerate??? It has said that for months now I still have iron in the water its using salt like crazy and there is particles in the water tank in the bathroom.

Quick and Fast

Things I pointed out to the sales guy, were not relayed to the installer. eg: I wanted a faucet installed on the inlet so I could water the yard with regular water and not waste soft water. When I talked to the installer he said he does not have that piece and he wasnt told anything about it. simple request but oh well, everything is up and running. install went quickly and on time. and was a little odd they dumped my old salt and resin into the storm drain, I guess thats ok, just seemed odd
