Only One word describes Mickey Holt and his crew. FANTASTIC. Called one morning, came that afternoon. Ordered the parts, and came back on Saturday to complete the repair. On a score of 1 to 5, I would give them a 10!

Great response time. Replaced the pump no problems because they had a new pump with them. Will definitely use this business again if needed Dated/old discontinued hot tub but it works!

Spa needed a new motor. They had a replacement motor with them. Very efficient. They provide proof of payment on the spot and emailed me the invoice to submit to my warranty insurance Co. Very satisfied with this service.

Mikey was prompt when I contacted him thru home advisor and Had repairmen at my house asap to replace heater. Hot tub worked well for 2 months, then my electric bill shot up over 3 times normal, heater burned out, I called Mikey 5/3 about heater (at this point I felt it was an issue with my hot tub and not a faulty product his company installed) . He informed me they were busy that day out by lake Norman but would get back to me asap. I sent him a text on 5/5 of another item I would need replaced on hot tub. NO reply. I hit his company up on Homeadvisor on 5/10. no reply... at this point I can only feel the heater they originally installed was faulty and this company will not be returning to my house. And I will find another professional. Not only did I pay over $200 for this heater repair 2 months ago I now will be dealing with an electric bill triple the normal amount.... all this could have been avoided if this company would have continued contact. So thanx for ripping me off

Mickey is a very nice guy. It took a bit longer to get my tub repaired than anticipated, but I am very pleased with the work that was done on it. I would use Mickey again, and would recommend him to others.. :-)
