The company rep was on time and maintained contact with us. While at our home, he investigated several different things to correct problem we had. He was thorough and efficient.

They were very prompt and courteous. The technician seemed to know what he was doing and it didnâ t take long. The only reason I didnâ t give them five stars is because I thought the price was a little steep. Otherwise I can totally recommend them!

We were looking for a simple security system for our home . Our previous security company, which we had since 2001, had been acquired by another company and service went downhill. We looked at other companies and were dissatisfied with their attempts to upsell. HomeTronic came up with an elegant and cost-effective solution. The guys who did the installation were fast, efficient and courteous. We are very happy with our choice.

The installation gentleman Michael was phenomenal, very knowledgeable and professional. I could of not asked for anything better. He did have help from a fellow named Dean to mount TV, they were quick and efficient. David the sales person took his time to explain also to listen to us on what we wanted and to customize the perfect product to meet our needs and he did a great job! I reached back out to David after a few months and he answered immediately and continued to treat us like a valued customer. Everything is 5 stars except a little high but we were fortunate to find a great company, great quality of products and everything else as well.
