They were professional, on time, cleaned up after install complete. Currently still my provider after almost 2 yrs. Better prices than other companies. I did have special request for install because I had purchased my own alarm system on Ebay= buyer beware - my main unit did not function so I was given the choice to buy a new one with Homesafe, or they would not come back for second install. I chose to buy unit with them and the rest is written above.
