I had a good experience the contractor they used (Josue) was excellent. The information and contact with Home Renew 360 was challenging. Contact and information provided by the company’s project was not always clear and Home Renew project manager was rarely on site or visited. By my project came out beautiful in the end.

I had a horrible experience getting a new roof from HomeRenew360's project manager Idan Mizrahi. My contract called for closed-cut valleys, but Idan did open-cut valleys instead w/o getting my OK first. Idan said if I wanted closed-cut valleys, I would have to pay to have the roof ripped up and redone. That's a lie, because every contractor knows you can't make a change like that w/o getting the homeowner's OK first. Several rafter tails on my garage were obviously rotted. I asked Idan about them, and he said "that's painting." That's another lie, because the roof rests on those rafters. So now I have a new roof resting on rotted rafters that should have been replaced/repaired after the old roof had been taken off. I trusted Idan and got burned. At the end of the project Idan said he had to charge me extra $ for lumber. I showed him in the contract where it said wood would be replaced AS NEEDED, not as needed up to a certain amount. Stay away from HomeRenew360 and Idan Mizrahi!

The company project manager was so truthful

They do good work and are professional, just be aware that they may begin a project after the contract is signed and then increase the price in order to finish it. Granted, it was an underestimate on the price because of unknown conditions, but being professionals, I believe they should have been able to know it was a possibility, given the condition of the roof and the age of the home, and prepare the homeowner accordingly.

The estimate was expensive but I had a time constraint that they said they could work with. After increasing my estimate for something I thought was included they did not meet my time constraint. The quality of the work is lacking. I am hoping to get at least satisfaction from this job. I know I will not feel extremely pleased.

Jonathan was an excellent project manager. Had great communications through out the project. Excellent workers. Always cleaned up each day of work. Erik was excellent as well. Erik helped with adding to my original contract for termite work and new window installation. The windows are great! This is a company I would work with again. Jo Ann P.

Jonathan Michelson contacted us within 10 minutes of my request for a pro team to replace my grass with artificial turf. He came by the next day to bid the job ,y explaining the process with many samples to choose from. Professional, knowledgeable about all of the projects his company is capable of doing. He predicted a start and end date within one week of his bid and they did the job as he said,but in one day not two. We had him over to bid our next job. I had such a great experience, I felt like I needed to leave a review. We had an unexpected leak that turned into our kitchen having black mold all over. Our insurance company pretty much told us they were not responsible. Nathan was sent out and was very knowledgeable about what we were looking at. From, day one he was able to guide us through the process from mold removal to a complete kitchen remodel. Anytime I had a question or concern he was right there to help. Every single person that came to work in my house was friendly; not to mention on time which is a big plus. Everything turned out beautiful! I would highly recommend Home Renew 360. I would definitely higher Nathan again for future projects. I honestly canâ t say enough about them! I am extremely satisfied.

Amazing job from day one! The whole roofing process went like clockwork. Very organized! The roof is beautiful! It only took 4 days from tear off to finish and we had a lot of repair. The area was cleaned after each work day. I will use this company for all house repair from now on!
