We had a kitchen remodel and were worried about finding the right company after bad experiences in the past with other contractors. Homegistics came in and exceeded expectations! Very kind and efficient staff we couldn’t be happier.

This team was hired to replace our roof and gutters. After handing them over $20,000 almost all communication ceased. A few immigrants that could not speak English came out to remove the old shingles. We were promised a 2 day turn around. Let’s talk about 2 months later, with snow fall and we still have yet to have a roof. A side note, upon initial quote, the owner Michael Bonner made a very inappropriate comment to my 12 year old daughter which made us very uncomfortable… very unprofessional stay far and clear.

We Aware!! A year ago or so, I posted asking for recommendations to get an addition done in my home. Ex employee that asked his name removed reached out to me saying that he was part of a company named HOMEGISTICS. In the first meeting the owner Michael Bonner, ex employee and another guy named Cristobal Enrique showed up to my house. Of course super wonderful and responsive. My husband and I did all the research with the BBB and recommendations to moved forward because it was a big project that required getting a mortgage in our home to be able to do it 950sq addition. Our first payment was handed to Alec January 14th. After that it turned to a complete nightmare. We handed that money and after that was excuse, after excuse, after excuse. Nothing really happened till April 15th. That at couple guys showed up and start digging for the foundation. To do the story short. Is October 22nd. We didn't even got to the framing. I have tons of text messages. A lot without even a response. The people that got hired from this company to do the foundation reached out to me, because this company never paid them. A project that they said would take 3 months became 9 months and is still incomplete. We filled Civil complaint with the magistrate and went to the attorney general. But I want to make sure everybody get to know our story. So they don't get scammed like we did. We have our back yard destroyed. And a nice mortgage payment with no addition =(

I would not recommend this company. They overpromised and NEVER delivered. I was promised a completion date in April and that did not happen. I was continuously checking with the company and would be told we were next, it should be the following week, or they would get back to me the next day and none of that happened. I was both kind and patient but by the middle of May, I realized that they had no intention of completing the project and actually told me I am trying to squeeze you in the schedule to accommodate your schedule?, they promised to be done by April so this was not accommodating my schedule and I should not have had to be squeezed in if they were actually planning on completing the work. DO NOT HIRE if you actually want the job completed.

Wonderful to work with! I would recommend them to anyone. Prompt, clear in their explanations, took as much time as I needed to understand things, competitive pricing. I could go on.

The roofers were very professional. They knew what they were doing, and they finished in one day. I had three roofs done. They cleaned up and finished about 7 in the evening. The materials and workmanship were excellent.

Mike and his team were very professional, polite, and worked with great detail. His guys were always on time, and always on task. Mikeâ s enthusiasm is welcome, and his attitude is always positive. He is very hands-on with the project and with his guys, and he also likes his customers to be 100% satisfied.

Michael Bonner, owner of Homegistics, was very upfront and understanding of our roof replacement situation (from metal to asphalt shingles with two skylights and damaged base boards). Once contracted, they were able to start work in 4 days, with possible adders from the initial quote identified. In the end, the work was completed on schedule and on budget....even with the agreed to adders.

By way of a recommendation, we engaged with Homegistics over the summer to have a new roof put on our home. Mike was extremely personable, thorough, and communicative. We chose his company over 4 other bids, and were not disappointed. They finished the roofing job within a few days, and delivered on exactly what was promised and even installed our new foyer light as part of the package! We had such a great experience that we decided to move forward with our desire to install all new hardwood floors in our home. We had such confidence in Mike that we did not even attempt to collect other bids. Through the process of drawing up the estimates, Mike spent a lot of time talking to us about what we wanted to do, gave some designing ideas (talked me through with great patience, what would have been a horrendous idea on my end), and created what we ultimately wanted to have in our home. Through the process, I had asked Mike to also include an estimate on a new fireplace that would better suit the style of our home, as well as highlight a goat mount that was my brothers, who was active duty Air Force and recently passed away. The mount holds a very significant memory and connection between me and my brother and Mike took the time to listen and ask questions so that he could also understand its meeting. After Mike and I selected the flooring, and began demolition (to find our kitchen actually had 3 layers of flooring among a few other surprises), it was pretty clear that we were going to blow through the original budget. That night, Mike called me and said to me that he and his wife Taylor wanted to make sure that we had the fireplace and wanted to give that as a gift from thier family to ours in honor of my brothers 18 years of service to our country. It's not often that I cannot find words, and at that moment, I found myself speechless as the tears came streaming down my face. The entire process from planning to execution, was so easy - and then to find such a wonderful human compassion is just beyond words. I'm so grateful to Mike and his team for everything. It was a pleasure to see them every day and they were all so kind, professional, and wonderful people to be around. In fact, when everything was done, Mike's family came over and along with his team, and my family, and we all stood around the hand cut stone fire place (with custom made mantle) and made a toast to my brother, MSgt. Riley. I feel so grateful that my neighbor referred us to Mike, and that he and his team gave us such a wonderful gift that we get to enjoy everyday. We are so happy with the floors, the paint colors, and the new powder room, but above all, we are so touched by the human kindness that Mike, his family, and his team shared. I would never think of calling anyone else for a project, and cannot recommend Mike and his team enough to anyone that is looking to do a home project of any kind!

Quick and easy process from obtaining a quote to the finished project. I appreciated Michael, the project manager, for being very professional and prompt and working with me in keeping the cost down. I was hoping to just have my gutter fixed vs replaced and he made that happen. He was honest. I felt like they were delivering a service vs just trying to make a sale.

Michael was great to work with from start to finish, and his team had our roof replaced in one day! We were beyond impressed and our roof looks great. We will definitely be using Homegistics again for future projects around our house.

Michael and his team really took care of me. I had some issues with my 20+ year old roof due to the last couple of snow storms. He came out the very same day I called him to take a look. He worked with me to get a great deal on the shingle we settled on. His team was very diligent, punctual and professional. Completed the entire roof in a single day. I will be having Michael and his team come back for more work around the house. Highly recommend.

Mike and his crew replaced my roof on my 150 ur. Old house. There were actually two layers of shingles. They communicated with me every step of the way. They handled my roof woth kid glove care. His crew replaced my entire roof in one day. Made sure everything eas cleaned up especially the nail. I have dogs and definitely didn't want them to get hurt. I am extremely happy with Homegistis. They will definitely be val when its time to do the siding.

Fantastic house transformation done by Homegistics. We did a new roof, new seamless gutters, new windows, new shutters, and new vinyl siding, and new outdoor lighting fixtures. Mike's knowledge of color scheme was spot on. My house is the talk of the neighborhood ! Mike and his crew was very professional and worked efficiently. Looking forward to future projects with Homegistics.

The owner is responsive, hardworking, and honest. He was patient with a delay I had in scheduling the job and made sure I got the pricing promised. He sent the crew out at basically a moment's notice to take care of my leaky roof before the busy spring season. The crew was polite and worked around my family coming and going. Their work has held up well against this rainy, windy spring and months later my roof is solid! They worked basically nonstop and made a pretty big mess even with tarps down. Honestly I never called about the mess because my young son was overjoyed to earn money picking up the yard. I don't doubt they would have taken care of it if I called.

The day after the roof was put on I needed to talk to Mike. I called him several times with no return call. I did not receive a signed copy of my bill, nor did I receive a copy of his warranty and the shingles warranties. Home Advisor called him and left him a message to call me within 48 hrs. Still no call. I called him one more time and he told me he had not got the paperwork from the supplier of the shingles. He had offered to put up a bifold door at no charge. He never came back. I would never recommend him.

Worked with Mike from Homegistics on a new roof and deck - overall great experience. Honest, direct, responsive, & prompt along with having competitive rates. No hesitation using him again on future projects.

The roof was replaced quickly, a week sooner than I expected, which was good since it was leaking, and the crew did a great job cleaning up. The job was done for a fair price and extras were discussed up front. Extra deck had to be replaced and I was charged only for material. I will use Homegistics again for my new roof in 30 years.
