Home Genius Exteriors came to give me a quote on windows and siding. I was impressed with the amount of knowledge that the sales rep had in regards to the projects I was inquiring about. I was amazed at how quickly all of the projects were completed after the fact I had signed my contract. The cleanliness of all the crews involved was outstanding and meticulous and they left my home as if they never came by! The project manager Tony, who was in charge of my siding was very professional kept in close contact with me throughout the entire project and was very kind. As for Angel Martinez who was in charge of my window project he was kind, was able to answer any questions and concerns I had about the process, and even had the crew install a window film on my windows to add an opacity to my windows. I want to thank the entire Home Genius team for all of their hard work and outstanding organization. I highly would recommend them to anyone looking for home improvement.

I am so pleased with the work done by Home Genius. We received multiple quotes from different companies, but they were the most affordable, and offered the gutters in the color we wanted. Allan's crew arrived early, stayed late to complete the job, and left the property spotless. This type of workmanship was highly appreciated, and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Home Genius Exteriors is an outstanding organization! They told me what time the crew would be here and they were true to their word! They showed at 7am this morning to get right to work! They tore off the roof completely to diagnose the damage from the previous roof and replaced the necessary plywood that was damaged. The crew was very kind and professional! They were very neat and through out the whole process and by the end of it all the clean up was immaculate! Mr. Clemons, the sales rep, was very helpful, thorough and kind! He helped me understand the cost of everything and made it make sense to replace the entire roof as well as my gutters! The project manager Angel Martinez, was super helpful throughout the project, he helped me understand any extra costs and also helped me save where it was possible. Zac Russo was very thorough in explaining the services that Home Genius has to offer! I was impressed with the thoroughness that the Home genius team goes through when replacing the roof! Omar Rodriguez the install manager, did an outstanding job coordinating the solar removal and he helped us understand and sign the change orders regarding the solar removal. Leo and crew were very polite and careful with our surrounding shrubbery, he also saved our older solar system which will be repurposed for use in Belize. I'm totally amazed with Home Genius they finished Our roof in just a short 11 hours, Leo the site manager saved our obsolete solar panels that a friend is going to ship to Belize. The crew did an outstanding job, they took care of the problem areas that were a concern of ours! Also the crew did a meticulous job on the clean up. This was an extremely disappointing experience. The sales team and production coordinator demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism. The sales representatives made promises they should not have and submitted incorrect work orders, which resulted in a crew arriving on-site without the proper knowledge, tools, or materials to complete the job. The production coordinator, instead of resolving the issue, appeared more focused on flexing authority than serving the customer?ultimately making the situation worse. In the end, their actions forced the project manager to spend unnecessary time and energy just to ensure Home ?Genius? met their contractual obligations. For that, I give credit to Jonathan, and I am deeply appreciative of the installation team for their hard work. Recommendation: Consumers should avoid using Home ?Genius.? If I could rate them lower than one star, I would.
