From the sales process Chris helped me a lot. He not only was diligent but respectful and straightforward and gave me several military and labor day discounts on the material.
Jackie was very quick in replying to me to schedule my project.
Darryl was very easy to communicate with. Very cordial and was very concerned about my satisfaction and outcome of the project which isn't very common.

The install of the roof and gutters was amazing. Everything else was pretty awful. The sales guy didn’t clearly convey all the various options so we’re left feeling we had only one option therefore feeling overpaid for everything and the loan pay work was done wrong. We also were never given an itemized invoice of the cost of the materials and labor costs which is commonplace for contractors and illegal to not provide. The sales experience was extremely predatory. The scheduler didn’t plan appropriately so our materials were delayed and the gutters weren’t installed on time but a week later. We were promised they’d thoroughly clean our property after and yet there was trash and nails left everywhere as a hazard to our child. Also promised to have lots of pictures of the progress and that didn’t happen. We were severely up charged an extra 700$ for more materials day of the install even though it wasn’t needed. Over promised and under delivered.

While the project started rough, it ended well. The project manager was replaced mid project and Kevin [Provider Name Removed] took over and saw the project to completion. He was an excellent communicator and the installers did a great job as well. Home Genius management also made sure that all issues were satisfactorily resolved and in the end, we are very pleased with the results.

Our project manager, AJ Smith, was professional and knowledgeable addressing all questions swiftly. He worked hand and hand with the installation crew manager, Alex, both willing to discuss any concerns and a few after sale changes. The crew was professional and efficient in their trade. Home Genius provided me with an excellent service, and I highly recommend them. It's been a positive experience from the moment I called to schedule an appointment, had the service representative came at my residence, had the order processor to schedule the installation, leading up to the installation process. I would like to commend the Project Manager, AJ Smith, for being so professional and courteous. He made sure that the job was done right. He treated his workers with respect wherein he brought them breakfast since they started work early. He also rolled his sleeve and painted himself while his workers were finishing up the work.
