Antonio started with a very high quote and then we worked it out as a subcontractor I guess to you all Steve's construction I was told through chad Whitmore I paid $23,000 for this come and get the job done before winter or I am going to take you to court and thinking about criminal charges unfortunately but I believe in the Almighty God so I know that it will all turn out for the good. Job is not done Dehumidfier not working french drain not working incomplete foundation insulation sealant in 2600 sq ft home failed and not complete foam board install not complete encapsulation not complete open under porch etc. A disaster and actually a crime how this hole deal was done

Vinyl Siding Repair or Partially Replace
From the initial visit with the salesman to the production coordinators to the project managers to the boots on the ground (or roof) my experience with Home Genius Exteriors has been amazing! Tony, the Project Manager, is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. He took the time to walk me through every phase of my roof and siding replacement. He was very responsive, even during off-work hours. He addressed every concern I had and was thoughtful in his responses. He was very thorough when conducting inspections, identifying action items I didn’t see, even if it meant additional work for his field crew at no extra cost. I can’t say enough about the field crews for both my roof and siding replacements. They were incredible and they didn’t treat my house as “just the next job”. They catered to my house’s needs, worked extremely efficiently, and did everything I asked of them. I would highly recommend Home Genius Exteriors for roof, siding, and gutter needs!

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
They did and charged everything that they promised. High quality roofing that might cost a little more, but you will have a roof that will last for decades (50 year shingles warranty since they are preferred installer). Forget the low bidder that will ask for more money during the job and do sub par work. Go with Genius and you also will be leaving 5 star feedback.

they lied and said they can do roof repairs and just came out and tried to sell me a new roof when I already had a new roof. They tried to use scare tactics to sell me a new roof, they did not give a quote about a small leak that I talked to them about on the phone. I do not recommend this company

Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. The new roof, gutters & downspouts really look beautiful. We loved our experience with Home Genius Exteriors, especially working with both Ralph & Rich. They were so professional & knowledgeable. We would recommend them to others & if we needed additional work, we would definitely call Home Genius Exteriors.
