Very pleased with the new roof

Wonderful team! They were punctual, professional, and did absolutely beautiful work. My home looks brand new, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!

We recently had our new roof and new siding and the work was excellent. All the workers worked hard and did a great job.

A salesman from Home Genius came to my house and gave me an estimate. Companies never give an itemized estimate like you would get at a car lot. He showed me a tablet contract with the different charges but did not email me a copy. I called the company last week but they have not sent me a copy yet. A week or so later the ordered materials arrived and the workers came to put up the siding. One of the workers asked me if the fascia and soffit was supposed to be installed. I had no idea what they even were. I told him I understood the entire house was supposed to be sided. He told me that those products were not included in what they brought. The project manager had already come and gone. I did not see him until after the workers had done the siding. That was the next day. I asked him about the fascia and soffits. He said it wasn't in my contract. I asked how much to finish it and he told me $10.000. I could not believe it. Brian Henderson, the salesman, never said anything about fascia and soffits not being included. And as I remember it, he glossed very quickly over the contract. This is how I get cheated. These companies don't go over their contract slowly. They whiz through them quickly nor giving you a chance to see what is on them. I have complain to both Home Genius and Good leap Finance and told them what happened. I am tired of being played for a sucker.

They got the job done quick and the work looks impeccable. The sales and planning portions of the work went off without a hitch. Sadly, the project manager got into a car accident on the phone with me and the installation crew cut the fiber optic internet cable to my house and then tried to hide it by tucking it into the siding. While I’m ultimately happy with the result, I’d be cautious next time I need major work done.

The salesperson Cameron was very personable and professional. He found what worked for us and the work seems to be great as well.

Home Genius Exteriors is amazing! I have been impressed throughout the whole process with their high level of professionalism and depth of expertise. Every person I have met throughout my project has been a dream! I honestly believe they care as much about my home and doing what is best for me and my family as I do. I highly recommend! Long story about my incredible experience so far below: Our roof and siding were older, losing grit and fading, and we had lost some shingles in a storm. After having another company out that was okay/average, I did some research and read a ton of reviews. Home Genius Exteriors really stood out from the rest, so we decided to setup an appointment. Our Home Remodeling Expert was named John and he was the best! He did a complete and thorough inspection of our home inside and out (including using a drone). He even went up into our attic mid-summer to see what was going on under the roof. He then took us though all of the photos and videos and explained what was happening. He also listened to what we were hoping to improve. He provided multiple options and recommendations and answered all of our questions and concerns. Next thing I knew we were creating models of our actual home and toggling between different colors, styles, materials, etc. John was extremely patient as it took a while for us to get it dialed in just right. He wrote up our project, helped to find some discounts and areas we could save money to stay within our budget without compromising the end result we were now in love with. We decided to get a roof, siding, windows, patio door, and gutter replacement to completely makeover and modernize our home. The next day we were contacted by our Home Genius project coordinators Tiffany and Beth to schedule our roof install and to have a technician out to remeasure and confirm our windows/patio door order. I figured it would be a while to get on the schedule...They blew me away. Measurement appointment tomorrow and roof install the next day! Our measurement technician was named Frank and he arrived on time, took off his shoes without being asked (love that), and his attention to detail was impeccable. He even went as far as to reconfirm our order and to walk us through what to expect with the windows and patio door install. That afternoon Brandon, our Home Genius Project Manager for the roof install, called to introduce himself and provide a detailed timeline for the day of the install and to see if we had any questions. He also informed us when the dumpster and materials would arrive that evening. The next morning Brandon and the roofing installation crew showed up at 7:00 and began prepping our home, including hanging tarps from the roof to protect our landscaping and even moving all of our deck & patio furniture out into the yard for protection. Then the work really started - the crew was incredibly fast and efficient! They had all of the old roof off in less than 3hrs. By lunch they were done laying the new underlayment and starting to put on shingles. They worked non-stop. The roof was finished by 8:00 and what I really appreciate, is they spent almost an hour cleaning up the jobsite and even using magnets to make sure no nails were left behind in the grass or landscaping. Brandon was terrific throughout the project. He provided detailed explanations of what was happening, provided updates on timing and progress, answered all of our questions, and made sure that the installation was perfect. He even came by the next day to do a second final walkthrough to make sure nothing was missed since it was getting dark the night before. Roof looks amazing and we could not be happier! Can not wait for the next stages of our home transformation!

On the higher side of cost, but they had the best options for vertical siding n metal over roof.

Fast work. Great communication up until trying to communicate with project manager. Was told everything would be completed within two days. The roof was done in one which was awesome, but I am still waiting on gutters a week later and won't be given a day/time for them. Just keep being told "early next week" or "tomorrow". Sales portion and inspection went great. Fantastic everything up until the install.

The crew got here and started and finished in one day. The company is absolutely amazing. I couldnâ t be happier with the new roof.

Work was done promptly and efficiently. Completely finished in two days, with clean up like they were never there. When I'm ready for gutters, i'll call them again. Zachary, Justin and Devan took their time to explain everything, and answer all my questions. Very pleased.

So we had home Genius do our roof, and we had a small hiccups come up but Home Genius and there crews immediately fixed and remedied the issues. Silverio their crew lead was extremely professional and knowledgeable. And Devan did the final clean up and paperwork and was beyond professional. And we will be getting quotes for our windows from Devan this week. Highly recommend Home Genius and Crews.

Devan, Lauren and Brendan were my main points of contact with Home Genius Exteriors and they showed professionalism and personality throughout the whole process. Both Brendan and Devan spent time taking to me, even after our business was concluded, this was an exceptional experience and I highly recommend Home Genius Exteriors and all their employees.

We originally had Home Genius do our roof last year, so when it was time to do our siding a few months ago we called them again because of their exceptional service and professionalism. And now we just had some windows replaced and will be calling them for any future needs.
