The technician arrived on time, was friendly and knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly before starting. Not only does my carpet look amazing, but my couch and recliner look outstanding as well. It looks like new again. This company clearly takes pride in their work and values their customers’ time. I had such a great experience with Holmes Cleaning Solutions! Mr. Holmes was absolutely amazing, thorough, kind, and took the time to explain every part of the carpet cleaning process. As my kids really did put the carpets through a lot, with some stains I never thought that will come out but they were able to have the carpet looking brand new. You can really tell they care about doing the job right. I’d recommend them a million times over and will definitely be reaching out again for any future needs.
