Had our pool resurfaced July 28 2025. and was not pleased with the finish. The bottom turn out very lumpy and not smooth around the edges. Customer servers was fair. The Pool water was soused to be brought back to original condition. Did not follow trough with putting in the salt. contacted many times with no reply. It is now its 09 09 2025, you get what you pay for with this company.

I hired Aaron Hodges for resurfacing my pool. His response was quick, he stayed in contact until he git the job, gave me an estimate and received the 50% deposit on November 14th 2023. Said he was going to start the job the week after Thanksgiving.... excuses after excuses will not keep in touch I would have to call, he is very rude and lies, lies, lies. Started after the holidays, not him but different guys.... left my pool in a mess and did not complete his job that he was paid to do. My mistake was that I paid him in full for an upgraded, resurface pool. Do not trust this company Hodges Pool Services is a scam

I hired Hodges Pool Service, LLC to resurface my pool after reviewing 4 different contractors to perform the work. Of the 4, they were the most expensive and the only company that was officially licensed to perform the work. The company was hired officially on 4/16, estimate signed and deposit made on 4/24, the job was intended to begin at the end of May, which wasn't officially complete until July 13. With that said, I work in Program Management and understand schedule slippages. However, not providing clear communication w/ your customer and failing to follow through with garbage cleanup (subsequently getting me fined by my HOA) is poor business. If youâ  re looking for a company to perform a service on your pool and communication and follow-through are important to you, I would suggest you find another company. The crew performed great work, with a few minor hiccups. I cannot stress enough that the laborers who performed the work did a great job on the final product. However, I do have a couple housekeeping complaints that you should know about. 1) They utilized my personal shop-vac to drain the plaster water from the drains as they were working. This was not a problem. The problem is they did not remove the filter or the dust collection bag from the ShopVac before using it. After realizing this, they removed the filter and the wet bag on the deck next to the pool. The dust bag, being wet, fell apart when I went to pick it up and made a mess. ShopVac itself was never drained, leaving it full of plaster water. 2) All the garbage from the material delivered to my driveway was never picked up. The owner said his crew would be by to pick it up, that never happened and was subsequently fined by my HOA even after reaching out to the company to inform them of the warning received. For me, if I spend almost $8,000 for a service, I expect it to be done as promised without an owner dodging my texts/emails when trying to hold them accountable for the commitments they made.
