They let me know the home remediation company was doing it wrong and the house smells bad, yet they rigged the test. Not hippo but the company that the owner hired.

Needed an inspection to satisfy my insurance company. Dave at HIPPO is very knowledgeable, thorough and detail oriented. I also appreciated the fast service, as I had a deadline. He also made suggestions for general maintenance on my home. I am very pleased with Dave and his customer service. I highly recommend this company.

We needed assurance that the air was not lethal after the wild fires. Hippo helped by sending samples to a lab for testing. We bought a Blue Air purifier to eliminate any char and soot particles that deep in from the outside.

Dave and Jake were very informative about the subject matter and answered all my questions and went over test results explaining all areas of concern. Jake was very professional when he came to the house and eager to give further explanation of what was to take place and what might need to be done once the testing came back. I received a "Form Letter" from my home owners insurance company, Mercury Insurance, telling me I needed to provide them with photos and documentation about certain aspects of my home. Primarily, the roof, the plumbing including the water heater and the electrical system. I took their list and made every effort to provide what they wanted in what I considered great detail. My effort was rejected. My agent told me I would get the runaround until my current insurance ran out. I was told that using a professional home inspection service would be the way to go. I reached out to HomeAdvisor and HIPPO was the only company that actually reached out to me by phone. Dave, the owner was attentive and knew what I needed once I said "Insurance." He even knew what company I have without my telling him. We made the appointment. The price was very fair and his detailed Inspection report should fit Mercury's needs. I highly recommend HIPPO for your home inspection needs.
