The Rep. who came to my home was very knowledgeable. Did a nice presentation. However, the price is higher if you ask for any time to make your decision. Presure sales techniques do not appeal to me. I have no doubt Rain Soft is a wonderful product. They were not able to complete the job, as it involved in putting in a cold water loop, and that was not possible. Therefore, I would only have soft water on the hot side. I had them put in the !500.00 RO system, and I like it. Yes, it is over priced, I am hoping it is as pure and healthy as salesman said. Paying $7000. for the system and only having the hot water soft did not seem a wise way to spend my money.
