We had originally received an estimate from Mr. Stewart in February for sealing our roof but for reasons beyond our control we needed to postpone getting this work completed. Fast forward to 7 months later, I reached out again to inquire about the same scope of work and pricing and to my surprise they honored the original estimate from months before. (I don’t condone trying this because you may not get the same results we received 😁). Nonetheless, they were able to schedule us the very next day and prepped our roof for the task at hand. We were provided with updates throughout the day as job progressed and even updated us as well. They truly exceeded my expectations with their ongoing communication and professionalism. I would definitely recommend them for roof work if needed. Kudos to you and your team!

I had a great experience with this company. I had a major roof leak on flat roof in wash dc. They came the next day, assessed, the very next day they came back and repaired my roof. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company. I also had my gutter replaced. Again the price was reasonable and they did an outstanding job.

Mr. Stewart and his team were phenomenal. The team evaluated the work that needed to be done, made recommendations, quoted an estimate, an ETA and a ETC for the job. Mr Stewart walked the roof before the job and solidified the plan, making recommendations when issues arrived. He sent me pictures throughout the process and upon completion. Ed Stewart called back immediately, provided a fulsome, reasonable estimate - and then did more than he promised. He replaced more slates than he had estimated, installed new gutter, reattached and coated some fragile or loose slates on an 80 year old roof. Then he filled a long seam at the leak. Excellent work, efficiently done. He overperformed.
