His connection to another company that combines Radon and pest inspections saved us $50 compared to the next best quote we got. The sellers will likely use Mike for the house that they decide to buy. This is the fourth house we've purchased in the last 30 years, and far and away the best inspection service in the three states we've made purchases in (the others being CA and IA) .
