When you spend a lot of money on a big project like these, replacing the roof, gutter and gutter guard, people often wonder about the cost, material, warranty, customer service, cleaning,additional work cost(labor/hour if needed)... To address these questions, I emailed 8 roofing companies and requested a quote from them. I chose HB roofing because Ricky, the owner, offered me: the next day quote with professional presented file including scope of work, preparation, material, cost, warranty, cleaning, options, payment... the lowest cost for replacing my roof and gutter with similar material warranty the highest workmanship warranty and the lowest, additional work cost(labor/hour if needed) After the work was done, I found a small part of the rotten fascia, and a tiny leak in my gutter, I contacted Ricky, and he promptly fixed them without charge. Ricky was consistently open and honest during his assessment, estimation process and contract. He also demonstrated excellent responsiveness throughout the project. The crew conducted themselves professionally, arrived on time and performed their work to a high professional standard. They addressed all my ventilation issues, repaired the resulting damage, installed new gutters and gutter covers, fixed a rotted support beam, and added a Solatube. Upon completion, they returned to touch up the paint, ensuring everything looked well-finished. I appreciated their attention to detail. In comparison, I felt that the other two contractors bidding for my job were not able to provide the required services especially at his competitive price. I am very satisfied with the finished product and my decision to choose Ricky and HB Roofing, I would confidently recommend them to others.

HB came out last month and replaced my roof. Start to finish, this was the best experience I’ve ever had with any contractor in the 10 years I’ve owned my home. I called late in the week for an estimate, and Ricky was at my house within the week taking measurements and inspecting what needed to be fixed (nothing major, but several sheets of plywood also needed to be replaced). I had a thorough estimate with 3 different shingle quality options emailed to me Sunday that same week. I scheduled in January and was forwarded that they needed at least the first day to be dry, so I knew there could be some delay due to weather. Sure enough, it rained that whole week. Ricky texted me early each of those unworkable days giving me an update with a new possible start day. I never once felt like I had to chase them down or wonder when they would be showing up (which has been a constant battle with previous contractors I’ve worked with). This instilled a lot of trust and I felt I was in good hands through the whole process. The roof looks great and was finished impressively quickly. I will using HB Roofing in the future for any other projects they cover.

I am really glad my friend referred me HB roofing to replace my roof. Ricky responded and showed up quickly after I found some leak in my old roof. He took time to explain what happened during initial inspection appointment and later contracting appointment, providing as many as technical details that we hoped to hear and learn with no rush pushing us for decision. During the work, Ricky spent many time to communicate what has been done, what decisions I had to make during construction (like replacing all plywood though we didn't anticipate it initially), any issues we were facing.
