Great. Gutters have been sealed. Bill is currently trying to locate the window seals from the manufacturer therefore job is still in progress.

Bill was friendly and pleasant. He checked out my problem and fixed it in an hour. While here he saw another problem I had with my dryer being off balance and he fixed that too. Excellent work. I will definitely hire again when I need help.

Bill put my tv stand together. Being that it has so many parts it took longer than anticipated. However, Bill completed the task with grace and didn’t change the cost quoted.

I originally wanted an organizer closet with somewhere I can put my shoes and divided area where I can put my clothes. I was told by Mr. Bill, it would be cheaper if he built it than me purchasing an organizer closet already put together. So on November 27,2023, when he decided to make an appointment , I changed my mind . I decided. To just add a shoe rack instead of Mr,Bill building one, Also decided to just have the hanging pole the clothes was on just moved up and the nails in the wood taken out. Have doors added in to the closet and I wanted the wood that was sitting on the pole nailed down, He told me that closet in the master bedroom would cost 300 dollars, in the second bedroom I just wanted a door added on cause there was already a door on it. Then the organizer I had in the closet removed and put down in the basement, Also have the nails removed from the wall and the wood nailed down. That room closet eas going to cost 400 dollars. So I would also have to pay for the materials, He did brings shoe rack but I found one on Amazon,so he returned the shoe rack. So he asked for 300 :dollars that same day but I only gave him 200 dollars. He went to Lowe’s and purchased rhe doors, he did some work that day but came back the next .day. I was not here when he got here , so he was supposed to come at 10am but he did not show up at 10 am, it was after 11;30am. When I came back he was able to use the door in the basement for the second room. The master bedroom he had to get something cause the door would not close all the way. I think he said that Monday he was goong to look for something for the closet door before he came. If it wasn’t Monday it was Tuesday he said that but he didn’t show up at all on Wednesday due to family issues. So I also added other things like putting a plant stand together, paper towel rack on the wall, towel rack, toilet paper roll holder, two shower handles in the shower, a socket cover, covet a hole in the linen closet, a vent in the pantry door, a blind on the kitchen door, a wireless door bell, and a railing on the one side of the basement stairs. He also fixed on his own an opening on the stairs where my husband had something there and he added on to it. I did not ask him to do that but I said thank you. So when I asked him to do the other things and I would say how much he would say 50 dollars for labor, so that is why I agreed to have the rest of the items done. He did offer to take me to the bank twice, the first day he came and the last day, I had the exact amount but since I added on things and he told me it would be more. I did pay him in cash, the whole amount. The next week I asked for an itemized bill and he just gave a paper with what he did and total amount. It also didn’t have everything I asked to be done on it, so I texted him and I asked for a recruit. When I cancelled the appointment at my moms house , he asked if I still wanted the receipts and I said yes. I got the receipts but he said he was missing one. I asked him how he got the total amount if the materials were only 300 and some dollars, he said labor was high like 200 dollars for putting plant stands together,175 dollars for the railing,425 for each day of doirs35 dollars I think for the blind ,45 dollars for the doorbell might have those too mixed up, 235 dollars for the bathroom items for labor, he also said he should have charged me for gas but he didn’t. He offered the ride to the bank cause Lowe’s was across the street, he also said he did not want to argue, which I was not and he didn’t want to do anymore work. So December 18,2023, was the last text him saying that he talked to other people in this field and they charge more or the same. That he wanted a working relationship . So I am asking for some of my money back because my door came off and I need someone to fix that and some of the other things that was supposed to be done inside the closet was not done. Aldo when he was here , he wasn’t really Wally wasn’t here and I have witnesses to that cause by the time he came back it was time for him to leave,

He was super fast, honest & even advised me of additional services he offers. Made sure to interact and be personable as well as professional. Super kid friendly and polite.
