I definitely would recommend HALO Storm Restoration. They replaced my roof and gutters, as well as repaired some interior damage. They showed up on time and scheduled all work quickly. I will use them again for future storm restoration needs.

They did my vinyl paneling on the side of the house that had be damaged by hail.

We hired Halo to do our storm restoration after the Spring Hail storm that hit North Texas, We live in Lantana. From the moment Halo came to our house to do an inspection they came off as more professional than any of the other companies who assessed the damage. From the moment we hired them they were ready to work and within a few days we were scheduled for our work once we were ready to start. I was notified every time a worker was going to do repairs and they all finished in a timely fashion. When small issues arose, Halo was quick to remedy them. Their customer service was outstanding. If I ever need storm repairs in the future I'll definitely use Halo again.

Very straight forward and honest pricing model, no hard sales pitch. Most importantly, Chris answers his phone and responds to messages/texts quickly when/if issues arise. When 2000 houses around you are also dealing with hiring a roofer, Chris is the guy you want to be dealing with. Will be back again when the next hail storm hits!

Chris Mortimer is a well informed and conscientious business owner. He answered all our questions about the quality of the roof that we were installing and the protection of our plants and yard. His crew was prompt and cleaned the yard and surroundings. I was concerned about a small tree that was near the roof line and Chris volunteered to build a shield around it as I was concerned a tarp would break it. We are very satisfied with the new roof.

They don't take credit card payments over the phone is my only gripe. They were kind, accommodating, true to word, and the roof is awesome.

This company installed my roof using defective G.A.F. shingles. The installation wark was done by other than professional installers. There were many instances of "shiners" nail heads showing, that were not sealed. There was a whole row of shingles that had felt under them causing them not to adhere to the roof. on the west slope, the rows are not straight. My patio, a low slope section, had an underlay material, that was not installed properly causing the whole roof to look like it is warped. I had so many other roofers come out to look at my roof, I also had my insurance adjuster look at it. Every one of them told me the workmanship was below par and that my roof needed replaced. I contacted the installer, Chris, he said according to the contract, he would come out and repair the installation defects at no charge. That will not do me any good, since the whole roof was installed with defective shingles. I have demanded a refund of the installation labor costs $3901.95, If I am refunded, I will rescind/modify this review saying I at least received a refund. I do not want any of this company's workers on my roof again. To do repairs or anything else. The contract Chris was talking about is pretty worthless also, since it states in paragraph 8 and paragraph 17, the "instillation warranty" not "installation warranty". Enough ranting, I finally gave in and only got $2500.00 back. I had just been to small claims court and won my case for someone hitting me on my bike. they had no D.L. or insurance. it took several months but I won. I didn't want to go through the hassle again so I accepted $2500.00.
