I decided to try them a second time to have my antenna that had fallen off roof reattached. They moved it to the other side of the house for me and attached it to my tower. They also ran cable to a total of 3 rooms. I now get more channels than ever. The installer was courteous and very helpful. Thank you!

I have an outdoor antenna ,mounted on the eave of my house that needed to be realigned.A rep from Hall's called before my appointment to let me know he was on the way and about when he would arrive. After showing up he looked over the situation and had it realigned very quickly. H stayed while I scanned for channels, I ended up wi more channels than before After making sure I was pleased with everything he packed up and left. It's been a few days and I'm still pleased with his work. I wqould use again and recommend.

They were a little pricy, I got a tower charge for 2 hrs but the technician was on the tower for 45 minutes. That was my only problem but everything else was good.

"Good afternoon, Frank, After reviewing your invoice, you were only charged for 1 hour of a tower climb. We apologize for any confusion regarding this. If you go and review your invoice, the invoice will show 1x $199, which is the standard costs of 1 hour of tower climbing. Anything after the first hour, would then only be $99/hr going forward. Looking at your invoice, you will not see any additional tower climb charges. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience but we are pleased that everything else was good. Have a great day!"
