I returned home from work to a flooded basement and immediately got in contact with Chris at H2pro. I've never had this happen so I was unaware of the process. He arrived within a few hours of the same day and went over everything in detail with me. The company worked directly with my homeowner's insurance which saved me a lot of time and stress. The guys at H2pro were prompt, respectful of my home, quick to finish the job, and communicated with me every step of the way.
