My experience with Home Advisor recommendations have been mostly a failure with companies not showing up or following through after and appointment. H2O came immediately to assess and did the job within two days. Caesar who runs the company, and the cleaner were very pleasant , professional and helpful. Did a great job especially for the price. I already gave their name to a friend on Mercer Island and will post on Next Door referring them to others!

I wanted to clean out traffic spots, although he attempted to clean them, and suggested to clean entire area, those spots still showed. He said it is because the carpet was damaged and it needs restoration if I wanted it done like the other area.
